(I think there is gunshots in this video? Annoying. While I watched it I pretended to shoot my boyfriend, so it came in sort of useful!) ;)

New Moon Minus Gianna?

In the Official New Moon cast list announcement, Gianna, the human secretary of the Volturi-was not on the list. Does that mean she won't be appearing in the movie, or is it just being overseen for the "official" list? The Twilight Examiner questions this:

"Wachsberger, beauty in such films as First Daughter and Sorority Row was long-rumored to be selected for the role, and Summit Entertainment’s press release for New Moon was expected to serve as the final word on its casting. However, the role of Gianna, the Volturi (human) secretary who sits at the desk of the very den of Volterra’s Italian vampire leaders in the Twilight series appears in the book New Moon, and her role in the grand scheme of the Volturi way of things is rather confusing to Bella (played by Kristen Stewart) and un-surprising to Edward (played by Robert Pattinson)."

Opinions? What do you guys think about this? Can we do without her or do you think more news is going to pop up?

The same happened with Billy Burke, Charlie, but he is defiantly going to be in New Moon. Think it is just like that?

Lainey does it again. She has several pictures of Rachelle on her site ALONG WITH a roundup of scenes that possibly might be filmed this week!

"Monday this week, as I’ve already mentioned, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, and Robert Pattinson were all on set by dawn. Very, very early starts to shoot on the edge of the woods. There’s a tense discussion between the three of them, then Taylor/Jacob leaves and wolf-transforms, then between KS and RP it gets kinda romantic as there’s talk of a wedding. Or something. They are shooting several options for a proposal, this is one of them – you’ll have to wait to see which they end up choosing."

New Cullen House

Rumors say that there WILL be a new Cullen house. No pictures at this point.

Kind of a disappointment since I really liked that house. Hopefully this new one is better than?

Bad Vamp, Cam Gigandet, had baby girl with girlfriend Dominique Geisendorff. No name has been picked yet but here are a couple humorous suggestions!

• Caminque. Kind of like Renesemee. You know, with the name combination. No? Okay.
• James Jr. Oh, it’s a girl. Right. James-a? How about Jamie?
• Victoria. She’s sworn revenge for James, gotta give her some kind of credit!

Carter Burwell, the talent behind the original soundtrack for Twilight, will not be composing the score for New Moon. Instead, Alexandre Desplat, who wrote the soundtrack for New Moon director Chris Weitz’s earlier film The Golden Compass, is most likely at the helm. This news comes from the website of Carter Burwell, stating–

"As I understand it, the director of New Moon, Chris Weitz, has hired Alexandre Desplat to composer the music for the film. Desplat composed the music for Weitz’ earlier film The Golden Compass. I don’t know if they’ll use any of my themes from Twilight, such as “Bella’s Lullaby”.

Bummer.

While out for coffee, some staffers over at the Deadbolt noticed a group of gals across the street crowding around. Curious, they walked over and saw what all the hubbub was about–and what a hubba-hubba it was–Peter Facinelli! The good doctor proved to be a class act–

"Peter Facinelli remained on the sidewalk for slightly under 10 minutes, smiling and chatting away until all autographs were signed and a few photos were taken, which speaks to the patience and obvious appreciation Peter has for Twilight and New Moon fans. Thanks to Peter Facinelli for being so gracious.

Alex Meraz, the newly recruited Paul for New Moon, has an interview with E! where he addresses the smell of Robert Pattinson –and as well all know, the news is fantastic–

“He smells like roses!” castmate Alex Meraz assured us at the Armani Exchange watch launch party last night.

“The first time I met him, I was like, ‘Dude, you smell fantastic!’” Alex continued. “I don’t know where people get this stuff from.”
